Seminar Booking Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you have read and understood these terms and conditions before making your seminar session booking.

Please note, Keynotes and Demo sessions do not need to be pre-booked – places for these are available free on a first come, first served basis on the day. Just go straight to the room 10 minutes before a session and take a seat.

Sessions can either be booked at the time of registering, or you will be given a link allowing you to log back in to add these at a later date.

  Seminars cost £39 plus VAT for each session, £99 plus VAT for 3 sessions on 1 day, or £139 plus VAT for 6 sessions – 3 on each day.

  The Keynote and Demo Theatres are free of charge and places are allocated on a first come, first served basis on the day.

 Payment for any pre-booked seminars must be made at the time of booking by credit card or debit card.  If required, you can also request an invoice for the sessions and payment must be received for these before the event.

 Once a session is booked there is no refund or exchange available.

  Sessions cannot be transferred to another attendee.

 You will be contacted if any changes to the subject matter in the session you have booked are made to give you the opportunity to exchange the session for another.

 The codes of the sessions you have booked will be printed onto your visitor badge on arrival allowing you entry to your sessions.  Please also bring a print out or note of your booking in case of any problems.

 Please arrive at the Theatre at least 10 minutes prior to the session start time.
