The purpose of the Institute Of Administrative Management is to champion the fields of administration and management and to provide benefits and services to support our members' in their career and professional development. Importantly though, the IAM provides professional recognition of administrative and management professionals of all levels (including: PAs, EA’s, office managers, administrative managers, project co-ordinators…), both through our individual and corporate membership services and as a voice in the industry to advocate raising professional standards.
